  2. Subscription Services
    • If you have subscribed to a paid service or premium plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided no services have been used or listings published. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  3. Ad Services
    • Payments made for advertising and promotional services are non-refundable once the ad campaign is approved and live on our site.
  4. Duplicate Charges
    • In the event of a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately. Refunds for duplicate charges will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
  5. Payment Disputes
    • If you experience any issues with a payment or service, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review your case and work toward a resolution, including a refund if applicable.
  6. Cancellation of Services
    • You can cancel any subscription service at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of your subscription.
